Go to the app store and download the Lenus E-health app and sign in with your email address password created on sign up
You will receive your plans within 48 hours of you filling out your questionnaire.
You will receive a notification on your phone from the app alerting you of new plans ready, you will also receive an email In case you do not have your notifications on from the app.
You will need to make sure you are in the app. At the bottom tab, it will say “chat” and this is where you have a chance to ask me. Any questions you may have, remember no question is silly to ask away. I’m here to help.
