First of all, thank you and congratulations on choosing Limitless Heights Project Coaching on guiding you on this exciting new project, consider this one of the best moves you’ve made so far and one of many of your first small wins.

Step 1

My online coaching is designed to help both men and women achieve their fitness and nutrition goals by developing a healthier mindset toward food and exercise whilst combining them with everyday life.

Step 2

With my online coaching, you will receive a consultation so I can find out more about you, your preferences, and your goals. I will then customise a nutrition plan for you that is tailored to your goals, body, preferences, and family life. Your meal plan will include a full macro breakdown and a variety of nutritious and delicious meals and recipes to choose from which can be shared with all the family or friends.

Step 3

I will personalize your training program which is tailored towards your goals, and training ability and can be either home or gym based. The program will include a training split with the exercises to train, sets, rep ranges, and demonstration videos to ensure you are executing the exercises safely and effectively.

How do you achieve your goals through my app?​

  • Weekly 1-1 check-in – To provide support and accountability and motivation
  • Online support – 24/7 – Access to your coach, text message, and video message
  • Weekly training plans – Tailored to your lifestyle home or gym workouts
  • Nutrition plan- Recipes based on your favorite foods tailored to your nutritional needs including calories and macros and any of your dietary requirements
  • A handy app to track your progress- Take your phone to the gym with your workout plans and demonstrations on and you can see all recipes and check in results and messenger through the app
